You want a job at Flimp? Prove it.

Things are really starting to heat up at the Flimp offices. Between social media, inbound and outbound communications, content creation, SEO, SEM, pay-per-click ads, print ads, PR, database management, campaign scheduling and reporting, we’ve got our hands full!
Do you have a gazillion friends on Facebook or Twitter? Do you post pictures and videos to Flickr and YouTube regularly? Do you blog? Do you consider yourself to be a really good writer? Can you make people laugh with a witty turn of phrase? Are you fearless on camera? Are you organized? If you answered yes to all of these questions, we want to hear from you.

 
 
 
 
But we don’t want no stinkin’ resume. Oh no. If you want a job at Flimp, you have to prove you’ve got what it takes. Here’s how it works:
  1. Create a 1-2 minute video of yourself telling us why you think you have what it takes to be the world’s next marketing superstar.
  2. Upload the video to YouTube.
  3. Click here to tell us a little about yourself and send us the link to your video.
  4. Sit tight while we review your video. If we like what we see, we’ll give you a call.

Here’s the good thing about a video resume: you can reuse it. That means that even if it doesn’t work out this time, you can use this video for other job applications. (Employers love seeing this kind of creativity.)
